To say I was a bit apprehensive about how the flying would go, would be putting it mildly. Jacob and Lucy have flown several times and had never had any issues with them. But Matty.... never flown, and not one to sit still for too long. Also, this was by far the longest flight any of us had ever taken!! 15 hours total air time, 1 3-hour layover and not to mention a substantial culture change!
All in all, I would have to say it went VERY well! Due, in most part, to the staff at Korean Air!! No wonder all the women were so thin! They were constantly on the move. Bringing beverages every 2 hours or so. Serving 2 meals. And bringing anything from activity bags for the kids, to candy to hot towels to "freshen up!" Matthew only had a couple fussy moments, and, really, just that - 3-10 minute fussy times!
Oh, and they have the cutest trays for the kids meals!!
