World Cup Soccer / Subway - Second Try

This morning we attempted the subway again. This time to the World Cup Soccer Stadium. It actually went very well! Matthew loves riding the "train". And, Jacob and Lucy liked counting down the stops until our arrival. The Stadium was, well, it looked like a stadium. Big and with a field. But it did have a museum we walked through as well as an interactive soccer game the kids enjoyed. I, on the other hand, thoroughly enjoyed the gift shop!! Also there is a shop within the stadium called Home Plus. Home Depot came to mind when I passed by the entrance and hadn't given it another thought. We ended up walking though there from the museum - and, boy, it couldn't be futher from a Home Depot! It was more like a giant Super Target - but with more expensive items! We picked up a little toy for Olivia - Pororo the Penguin, a popular kids character here in Korea, ABC and 123 (in Korean) bus (note to Robin - they had a couple aisles of toys!!). They did have some ADORABLE clothes, but even on sale, they were a little more than what I wanted to spend our won on!!

  1. I wonder how different this post about the World Cup Soccer Stadium would have been if Todd would have posted it! ;) Leave it to Amy to turn a visit to an amazing stadium into a shopping spree! :) Glad to hear you all are having such a wonderful time!

  2. Oh thanks for the tip Amy! Think you'll be able to catch a baseball or soccer game?
