Our Journey to get Olivia

Our journey to join Olivia with her forever family started February 2008. There were so many reasons to adopt a baby girl and no compelling reasons that convinced us otherwise! We were not in any hurry as Jacob, Lucy & Matthew kept us busy enough. But, we both felt a baby girl would complete our family perfectly. So, we began with an informational visit to Children's Home Society and Family Services and every step of the process since then has reaffirmed our decision and heightened our excitement.

We were accepted into the Korea Program October 2008. We received and accepted Olivia's referral August 2009.

And, now, 2 years later, we are packing up the family and heading to Seoul to meet Olivia Shinlee. We couldn't be more thrilled!
